SECOND ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY: Seneca County District Attorney seeks qualified applicants for this position to argue motions, handle County and local criminal court matters, participate in calendar practice and prepare appeals for the County. The ideal candidate would have at least three years of litigation experience in criminal matters and reside in Seneca County or be willing to relocate within 90 days. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited law school and be a member of the New York State Bar. Salary range of $58,000 - 64,000 contingent upon experience - benefits package includes NYS Pension and health insurance.
